CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

We ensure that all our products are handled carefully while packaging and the shipment only proceed post quality check of the products. Still, in any case, you receive any damaged product, please feel free to contact us immediately at support@stilento.com

Please notify us within 2 days of Delivery, else we will not be able to extend any help in case the purchase exceeds the given time period.
  • Considering the hygienic standards of certain products, we do not accept returns of panties & shapewear.
  • Products received as freebies will also not be exchanged.
  • Products will be exchanged only if the tags are intact.
  • We do not accept products for exchange or return which are worn or stained.
  • Products kept for exchange or return should be packed properly so that they are not damaged in the reverse pick-up process.
  • Discount are not given on exchange/Return orders
  • All exchange/refund will be processed after receiving the original product(s) back in our warehouse. Once we receive the product(s), we will examine and after the approval, we initiate the exchange/refund.
  • It will take a minimum of 7 to 10 working days to process any exchange /refund.
  • Return Shipping fee Rs 100 will be charged in case of Returns/Exchange

Refunds

We will refund the money in the same mode as the payment was made. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund in your Credit Card or Net-Banking account. If the payment mode was Cash on Delivery (COD), we will refund the money in your Account number provided or using UPI

Typically refunds take 3-5 Business days to get reflected in Bank Account. In some cases, credit card issuing banks may take longer to reflect the credit posted on the card.

Stilento reserves the right to refuse exchange or return, based on the condition of the product(s) being returned. You may cancel your order within 24hours of placing an order.

Cancellations

To cancel your order you can write to us at support@stilento.com. Do not forget to mention your order number over call or mail. In case, a prepaid order is canceled, the refund will reflect back in the account within 2-3 working days.
