Orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days in major cities, 3–5 business days in many Tier II and Tier III locations, and up to 7–10 business days in other serviceable areas. Sundays and public holidays are not included.

Yes, Stilento offers free shipping across India on all orders.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be sent by email or WhatsApp. You can also use our Track Order page.

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Changes or cancellations can only be made before the order has been dispatched.

Cash on Delivery is available for most serviceable pincodes in India. Availability will be confirmed during checkout after you enter your delivery address.

We accept supported credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking and other secure payment options displayed during checkout. Cash on Delivery is also available for eligible pincodes.

Yes. Payments are processed through secure payment gateways. Stilento does not store your complete card or banking information.

Eligible products may be requested for return within two days of delivery, subject to the conditions and exclusions mentioned in our Return and Exchange Policy .

Approved prepaid-order refunds are returned to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, our team will contact you for the required refund details.

Refunds are initiated after the returned product is received and successfully inspected. The time taken for the amount to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Most Stilento dress materials and suit sets are sold unstitched unless the product page specifically states otherwise. Please check the product title and description before ordering.
